These Terms of Use govern your access to the DH1 AI website and DH1 Tech services provided by DH1 Tech LLC. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use DH1 Tech only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for information entered into your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of account access.

2. Construction Decisions

DH1 Tech is an organizational and decision support tool. It does not replace licensed professional judgment, approved construction documents, code requirements, inspections, contracts, or job site safety responsibilities.

3. Customer Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant DH1 Tech LLC the limited rights necessary to store, process, and display that content to provide the service.

4. Availability

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the platform develops.

5. Prohibited Activity

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, upload unlawful material, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation

The service is provided on an available basis. To the extent permitted by law, DH1 Tech LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
